I was thinking more along the lines of asking Andreas that you and other people get constipation and what could be done about it
or what the reason is.
Just to see what his thoughts are.

Don't feel you have to do it.

I agree about the cleaning is so important for your whole health.
I feel so much better, but mine has mainly come from liverflushes.
After being on the forum now for 16 months, I am finally trying
some bowel cleases.
Before that I only used some epsom salt.
