I did 8 days on the oxy then did Dr. schultz for a week, and then 3 days later started the colonix. The plaque "ropes, sludge,rubbery stuff" started coming out on day 2 or 3 of the schultz, and continued for 2 1/2 weeks into the colonix when i saw some blood in my stool. I contacted Shelly and she told me to stop. I did for a week healed and started back up 3days ago the 2nd day i got very sick thought i was going to pass out, the feeling went away after about 2 hours and i passed a huge glob of stuff. Today i feel great.
Some may think that i'm a little sick, but i have to know whats coming out. So I pull evey bm out of the toilet and put it in a cake pan and inspect it. None of my ropes have come out looking like the picture there always balled up and some have new fecal matter wraped around them.
So of the 3 COLONIX is the best followed by Dr. Schultz and if your constipated like i have been for as long as i can remember the Oxypowder is a good choice. This is only my opinion.
And yes i do colonics to, but i ordered a colema board because the colonics are to expensive
