Should I wait until the weekend? I've heard it can be "useful" to be near a bathroom pretty much 24/7... I'd prefer to start tonight as I'm starting a 30-day Master-Cleanse today, but I do have to work tomorrow. Anyone have any advice? And what can I expect from the Oxypowder ?


Has anyone else used Oxypowder on the Master-Cleanse instead of P&B shakes? Any input on using it whilst fasting would be appreciated!
