Hello! I am on the Colonix program and was also kind of wondering the same thing about eating. The instructions do say to take the Paranil capsules on an empty stomach, but don't indicate when it is okay to eat. I tend to eat immediately following the fiber drink, because unlike you, it makes me gag. So I need something to get the taste out of my mouth. However, I'm wondering if I should be waiting to eat, since I haven't been getting very many results with the program. Maybe that's what I'm doing wrong. Are you having success? Any advice? Also what is the "superfood" that you refer to?
