Your diet sounds pretty good, except that it is missing fruits,
vegetables, (even though you are having a vegetable juice drink)
it would be great if you could add the following--which I mentioned
in the last email:

3 or 4 servings of non-starch green or yellow or orange vegetables - broccoli, SPINICH, SUMER SQUASH, CARROTS, (which are very moisturing to the colon - adding a cup of steamed or boiled carrots with butter to your daily diet could make a big difference), also eat an AVOCADO every day-it's very helpful to the bowels. HEATHY FATS --OLIVE OIL AND FLAXSEED OIL.

You could also add ground turkey, and fish or lamb to your protein
list just for variety and more types of nutrition.

Also, you mentioned Oatmeal. I don't know whether you may have a
problem with gluten. But gluten is in oatmeat and wheat & could cause a problem if you are sensitive to it. The rice is ok.

I believe that almond milk is better than soy because soy can be
constipating for some people, so that was a good choice.

In the next week, I hope you can add the avocado daily (it's good with some salt on it). Also, try boiling or steaming the vegetables
I mentioned, especially the carrots (good with butter & cinnamon). And, add the oils-olive and flaxseed - a couple Tbs a day. Add a little juice with them if you don't like the taste. Keep using the
triphala; and, hopefully, these changes will be very helpful.
Let me know whether you notice some improvement during the week with the new foods added. I'll check back for your message toward
the end of the week.
