Last night I took my first dose of Oxypowder . I noticed 2 things:

a. after I ate my lunch today that had oil in it, I crashed. The same thing happens to me for a while after a liver flush. It seems that anything that cleans out my bowels swiftly brings on this oil/fatigue effect. THe only thing I can think might be happening is my bile salts are being washed out before they can be reabsorbed and so I can't make as much bile.

b. gas - burping has always been a symptom of mine until I got on digestive enzymes beginning of this year. I don't know if this burping I have today is from fermentation (I hope not) or if it's gasses being released or if it's something else.

That's it so far.
