Like the way you are probably feeling, I am frustrated as hell that I have seen very few results. I had a stool that looked like black and white marble cake around day 20, but haven't seen anything since then. (And since this is a forum where it seems appropriate to openly discuss BMs, I can say that I have seen literally NOTHING, as in I haven't had one in almost 3 days!) I am thinking about trying that Oxypowder that is supposed to loosen plaque. I've enclosed the link below. Good luck!
