How is your diet?
A good diet is also important.

Onions are excelent during colon cleansing. Fruits like pinneaple and papaya are also good.

It took long time for me to begin passing mucoid plaque.


Enzymes are also good. Dr Jensens recommend pancreatin.

I recommend to read Dr Gray bbod and Dr Jensen book for more information.
