I've been taking P&B shakes (heavy on the bentonite) for 22 days now and still haven't seen much. I am getting some stools that are mixed colors (dark black and regular colored) but otherwise have not seen a whole lot of "action." I need a pep talk! Either that or some advice about what I can do differently. I am taking 2 VERY large P&B shakes per day with about 3 tbsp on Bentonite in each one. I have eased up on the psyllium to just 1/2 tsp because larged quantities were irritating my insides. I also consume at least 1/2 my body weight in ounces of water.
