I am on day 18 of doing P&B shakes and had a similar experience. After having nothing happen for the first 17 days, just today I passed a stool that looked what I can best describe as "marble cake" - it was light brown with dark patches. Can some experts chime in ... is this the calm before the storm or am I getting excited about nothing?
