I will leave a link for you about the PB shakes from PTree with good instructions.
I don't have experience with it. I follow Andreas Moritz and he finds it a harsh system. There are different views here on the forums, but there are a lot of people who do the PB shakes.

As far as the fleet enema you can skip that it just does not go deep enough in the intestines. The plague is further inside than the fleet enema goes.
You can start with an enema bag from Walmart or the drugstore.
