you should definitely know when you pass mucoid plaque - so i'm told.
let us know if you have any luck. i've been doing the P&B shakes for 2 1/2 weeks and haven't passed any plaque either.
i'd like to know that there is light at the end of the tunnel. i too am going to increase my clay intake. i hope that helps.
