Well, I went 9.5 days. I broke down yesterday around 4pm. I had honeydew melon and while I was making my family sandwiches for dinner I had some too. Well, I just had a few slices of lean turkey and fresh sliced tomatoes. Talk about going off the cleanse wrong. Well, I did have a glass of OJ inbetween the melon and turkey. Today I haven't had anything except hot water with lemon--I also haven't had a bowel movement. I hope my body didn't get addicted to that senna in the smooth move tea. And there is no way I am going to do that horrible salt water flush. I guess it will take awhile for my body to adjust to these changes. I am going to try and eat healthier. I am so glad we have this "after the cleanse" forum. Anyone else having probs with bm after the cleanse?
