I too have started to eat better since my first Master-Cleanse and all my cleansing. I've done all of them, and am on the start of round #3.

I've started to make my own bread now, forget the junky stuff at the grocery store. Haven't gone organic yet, but somewhat straddling better mainstream and alternative.

I still get cravings for junk, but only end up eating about 1/4 of the amount I used to and then feel awful about it, so I'm eating a lot less junk these days.

Keep up all the great work.

This is really a great place isn't it?
