It is all fear. Let go, Let God. Breathe in to the count of four and say I let God, breathe in to the count of six and say I let go. Give all your problems to God, He will be up all night anyway. With Warm Love and Brilliant Light Please visualize these in your heart and see Christ's face or the face of God, whichever you are more comfortable with. Then feel and visualize Him holding you and protecting you.
