Depression is a wave emotion that wants to sweep you on to the shores of a different way of thinking. Worrying about your illness a lot is probably because you want to get to some other part of your life but you just can't seem to get there because your illness keeps stoping you from reaching that place. I have had to deal with serious pain and Depression would well up inside me because I was limited in what I could do... But the only time I ever had any relief was when I was on the journey to help someone else. Then, the world would rise up to meet me and miracles would start happening in my life. Look into your life and while you are attending someone else's life, were you depressed? It is impossible to be depressed when we are focused on others. You have a wonderful spirit in your body. Find a way to make your wonderful spirit rise up in your injured body. Lance Armstrong won another bicycle race while he is overcoming cancer because he is actively involved in his own healing. Combine helping other with helping yourself and you will see your miracle rise up to meet you. This is my prayer for you. With love, rudy
