Hi Sadru....I would suggest you do a good bowel cleanse. Either Bentonite & psyllium (//www.curezone.org/forums/m.asp?f=153&i=1061) or Holistic Horizons or Dr. Schulze 's. (go to the appropriate Forum for information on his stuff - also read Alisaun's posts on the bowel forum...she got rid of back problems by using Schulze's program)

I personally know someone who has reduced back pains and stiffness by doing Liver Flushes and Bentonite and psyllium drinks.

I think you need to do this, Sadru...
