I just did a flush last weekend and I felt great, so I decided to eat pizza and some other bad things, like chocolate.
Now I am in pain. I feel like all of my organs are inflammed and very tender.
I feel guilty for eating bad stuff, now I'm paying for it.
I drank water all day today and had one apple, cereal and chicken broth. I'm afraid to eat. What should I do to feel better.
My digestion is very slow. It takes 2 days to pass a meal.
Should I flush tomorrow? It only has been a week!
