You can take a teaspoon of Epsom Salt in warm water to see if that will open the ducts, then I would try a liver/gallbladder flush. How far along are you in your pregnancy? You can safely do the flush while pregnant, but you don't want to take too much Epsom Salts . Go buy apple juice or use a juicer to make your own apple juice, and drink tons of it to help disolve stones.
