I'm glad to hear of success without the Epsom Salts . I can't stand that stuff.
Where do you get the citrate capsules? is that just a regular store item? Is that what everyone is calling milk of magnesia?
That's also alot of oil. I'm willing to try, but that much oil scares me.
Is it Liver Flush weekend time?
