Thank you so much for posting this recipe. It seems like everyone complains about taking the olive oil (which doesn't bother me - I use a low grade oil that isn't so flavorful, and mix it with fresh squeezed grapefruit juice that really waters it down) but I truly cannot stomach the idea of ingesting any more Epsom Salts !!!! YUK YUK YUK~!~~

I have done 3 successful cleanses (Clark's) but when I went to do the 4th one, I got SO sick I didn't even get to the olive oil part of the cleanse. I was just about to give up on the whole thing - thinking to myself ... "surgery couldn't be worse than THIS!!"

So, I came back to the forum to see if anyone had tried something new! As soon as I figure out where to find the magnesium citrate (I'll look at the health foods store) I'm going to try it! Thanks so much - you might have saved a gallbladder! (I'm actually quite attached to it, and would hate to lose it!)

I'll post my results.
