this is a first. i have read somewhere about 2 months ago that i should not even eat flax seed oil becaue it upset the liver. so i have stay off of it. i eat a 90% vegetarian diet. only organic, shop health food stores that carry organic. eat fish sardines and chicken once a week. i believe chocolate is my problem. no coffee or pop. pop 1 a month. is this why that ice cream gallstone cleanse might work? i have not found the information it yet. my goal is to try every different liver cleanse i can try. i try anything at least once if it sounds safe.
