i did this cleanse yesterday morning. i do fell great today. i have not felt any stone lumps today. for the last 9 weeks after doing a cleanse about 2 days later i start feeling stones again. could not tell for sure how many stone i pass. however my stool was pale. but i could see there were stone in the stool. they were dark in color.

do you know where your grandfather got his recipe from what resource.

i collect resources. i have an 4 inch binder of infomation from this site that i feel is valuable.
