Spirit- This is the first time I have heard the low fat = Gall Stones theory and it FINALLY could make sense . . . My MD (and all western MD info) suggests HIGH fat diet and/or obesity as a possible cause and that's not me . . . I have never been able to figure out a concrte "why" to my gall stones except for emotional stuff and stress . . . I am not in any of the risk categories but have certainly strived towards a low fat diet for years. Can you elaborate or provide links to info??? THANKS

I know, I know .. . (now). Intaking all that OO (Olive-Oil) has been one of the best things for me. I have certainly got over my oil/fat fear . . .I must be too Americanized LOL. **GASP!** I even started eating nuts again!
