Liver Cleansing is great and a little scary, especially the first time.

I am a little concerned about your liver test results, though. When liver enzymes are elevated it can mean bad things are happening. I don't want to alarm you, but I do know someone who was recently diagnosed with liver cancer. His doctor sent him for a CAT scan upon seeing elevated liver enzymes, and they found a lot of cancer.

This might be something to check out for safety's sake. I wondered aloud to him if a liver cleanse might spread the cancer. He got too sick from the chemo to get that far, however.
