Congratulations on your results so far!

What else have you done? You mentioned that you're going to do an intense bowel cleanse. This is almost always a good thing. Have you done any parasite cleansing? How have your cleanses gone? Did you release a lot of, or only a few, stones? How often are you doing the liver cleanses? (Weekly?)
