i have done 9 LIVER CLEANSES. i slept about 4 hours yesterday. i had chills and sweats. not sick. i ahve been so uncomfortable in the last 2 months. every time i eat i feel like things are stuck by wednesday of every week. i do my cleanse on friday nights.

i beliieve i need to do a more intense Bowel Cleanse . i have 3 bowel movements a day. i am going to try and do the ultimate bowel cleanse. using bernard 7 day cleanse.

every since i saw the picture of the Gallstones it has really scared me. that is good. my cravings are gone. i have lose 10 % body fat.

this is really a good site.

what am i doing wrong?
