Hi Adrick...if you're feeling some pain in the kidney area you're probably dehydrated. Make sure you drink at least 2 litres of water today (warm is best!). Then let's see what happens to your kidney pain.

Yes, The Master Cleanse is excellent for cleansing and detoxifying the kidneys. But if you drink lots of water normally they should be just fine.

*remember...no carbonated drinks!*
