Hey Tracey!!!

So it WAS a Success??? I had been Worried because the were not green but walnut colored (Mostly) and the size of the first several hours of bowel movements was mainly less than peas size although at least a hundred in each bowel movement...
I was doing V8 juice and Perrier like after 3 PM day of the flush...felt Insecure about my flush so I did like 10 Reeses's! Like I needed the fat from the peanut butter OR the sugar! STILL I lost a good 5 pounds in these two days, probably more...
Today I could not resist getting a Caramel Macchiato...but did the Bentonite and Psyllium afterwards and am drinking water and soon lemon juice again...am thinking to do another flush this weekend...Is THAT too soon???
OKAY I will also do FRESH veggies and fresh juices as well!!!
Let you know how I am feelings!!! Actually today people are commenting I look like I am 16 or 17...I am nearer to 40...
