Hi there!

The protocol is the same as the popular Hulda Clark Liver Flush except instead of drinking the olive oil/grapefruit mixture you sit down and eat a bucket of ice cream! hilarious eh? I can't wait. I think it was Hanna that posted that Haagen Daaz was the best kind to eat because it doesn't contain carageenan. (??)

Anyway...I'll let you all know how mine turns out. I hope I get SOME....it would be sooo disappointing not to get any at all.
