Hi Peggy....I never have a bm after my first two Epsom Salt drinks (I just don't want to have diarrea before bedtime! ha....so I only take 1 tsp of ES each time)....

So, I say...go ahead and take that olive oil mixture - I always do.

Then in the morning I take the regular 1 tbsp of ES dose...then two hours later the 2nd 1 tbsp ES dose....it all comes swooshing out and lots of stones too.

I take the Bentonite and psyllium drinks too...just LOVE getting out that mucoid plaque!
