Okay so here is my tale, not as exciting as I had hoped but the good news is I didn't drop dead which I was worried about lol.

I did The Clark Flush but only one dose of epsoms and a small teaspoon at that at about 8pm because I have chronic diarrhea so didn't wanna go overboard. At 10pm I did the grapefruit and OO (Olive-Oil) and it was not as disgusting as I imagined at all. I immediately lay on my right side with knees up and felt some "spasms" on the right side and the left side.

I fell asleep for 2 hours and woke feeling so sick, weak, naesous, heartburn, etc. I took a small sip of alka seltzer without aspirin and it immediately helped. Slept the rest of the night fine. In the morning I had a dose of Epsoms again and then went potty. I only had a few peas maybe 10 in all but I have had lots of small yellowish floating seseme sized stuff that is the same sticky, consistancy as the peas. I was hoping for hundreds of peas!!!

I am still having some pain in the right side but it travels through my digestive tract so wonder if it gallbladder or intestines. I am gonna start the BP tommorrow and may do another cleanse in a month (maybe 2 weeks depending).

I was soooo scared to do it - I am a brave girl. ;0)
