It's liquid Bentonite clay and psyllium husk shakes.

Usually, you take a tablespoon of the Bentonite and a teaspoon of the psyllium. You shake it and then drink it pretty fast because it will "jell" rather quickly.

It's a wonderful colon cleanser, but you have to drink a lot of water or you will get backed up pretty quickly!
