Great flush! The first stones you passed sounds like newly formed stones.

The darker stones you passed were, no doubt, gallstones!

I agree--that 4th Epsom Salt drink is the HARDEST! But you did it all and that is something to be proud of.

I don't think it was too bad that you weren't standing up, but you will know next time.

The next few days, notice the improvements in your health. Some will be dramatic and some will be subtle. But, all good things lie ahead for you!!
