thank you very much for the advice, i will take a look for sure. as to the gold coin grass, i actually have some of that but i'm afraid to use it because it contains bulpurium which drags out old sadnesses and angers from the tissues and when i took chinese bitters, which also contain bulpurium it brought on so much fear and panic attacks that i only took a couple of doses... so it's back to searching for a gentle alternative
