Hi Adrick,

Usually people don't drink water after they've started to ingest oil. I wouldn't do it.

Did you drink lots of water earlier today to make sure you're hydrated?

You're not planning on doing the ES tonight? Then don't worry too much about the drinking water thing. When you take the ES tomorrow morning...after you last ES drink you can start in on the water and you'll be fine.

Just relax Adrick and all will be fine...have a bath, watch a move...and you'll be fine.
