I don't have any liver or gallbladder health issues either...but I, too, wanted to try the flush because it sounded sooooo fascinating.

I've done 4 flushes now and have had amazing results. I have never gotten out the 'fresh' looking bright green stones..I've only ever gotten out older-looking tan/golden with emerald insides or dark green with emerald insides. It's quite cool! It sure feels good to know that you're clearing out your liver and gallbladder as a preventative measure and just to get it all functioning at it's optimal level. I love it.

Take a look at www.sensiblehealth.com and you'll realize that the health of the liver is sooo important. It is the 'general' of the body and needs to be in tip top shape.

I have never taken the ornithine and I've slept just fine...
