Hey whats up people?

I did my 8th Hulda Clark e Liver Flush last night, and it was going well up untill the olive oil and graperuit mixture.

I had actually attempted it the night before, and had fasted after 2pm, taken the epsom etc, but fell asleep before i had taken the mixture, and awoke in the early hours! So it was too late to do the olive oil grapefruit mixture, what a waste!!

So i decided to do it again the night after, and it was going well. I have found a better way to take the epsom, and i can tolerate it much better if i simply plunge a tablespoonful into my mouth and swallow it with the water. That way you only have to tolerate the taste of the Epsom Salts for a second or two.

Anyway, when it came to the olive oil and grapefruit at 10pm, i took one sip and thought i would be sick, i just COULD NOT get it down this time. Ive had some difficulty before, sometimes i can get it down, and sometimes i couldnt, but i always managed to get most of it down. This time, i maybe managed under half.
I tried an expensive brand of olive oil a while ago too, but that didnt go down any better.
So i know for a fact, this was my last flush of this nature, my body was really resisting it this time.

I saw one of Southernbelles posts and she mentions using lemon juice instead of grapefruit ( i think that is part of the problem, i really dont like grapefruit juice), also i may try almond oil or something.

Hey, does anyone think i can substitute the grapefruit for classic coke? sort of a combination of two flushes? Hell, think i may try that next time!!
