Hi Maddie...Just make sure that you don't take the b&p and the gold coin grass at exactly the same time. You want the b&p to be taken on an empty stomach. Space it out with the GCG.

It's probably best to stay on the b&p for a good 2 month period. But....you'll be able to see how much mucoid plaque you pass...you may want to stay on it longer...some do, the first time, up to 6 months!

The key is to drink lots of water! You have to...
