I have been having a lot of pain with a large stuck stone for a couple of weeks now. I have been trying some different suggstions that people on this forum have offered and these have helped move the stone to a less painful area, eg eating artichoke, grapefruit juice. Last night I ate some salmon and thought afterwards that it might have been a little "off". Then I remembered my mother saying that if you ever eat anything you think may be a bit "off" take Apple Cider Vinegar. Well I did and I slept a full night for the first time in weeks and it definately moved the stone and my pain has decreased significantly. I now feel confident to do the Hulda Clark Cleanse tonight. I was very worried to do it in case I released another large stone. Has anyone else ever tried Apple Cider Vinegar as a way to move stones??
