i was in a lot of pain after doing hula clark. i did a 3 day apple juice fas for 3 days with great results 3 years however, i did not know that i should have continue doing cleanses. then i would not be in so much troulbe and pain now. i did the 1 cup lemon juice and 2 cups oilive oil. and i did the the 32 oz salt water internal enema. it is the best enema in my opinion. i have pass lots of stones with this method. one more thing. the last time i did a mini clease with 1/4 c of lemon juice and olive oil with the salt water cleans in morning the best cleanse. i think SECRET IS THE PILLOW UNDER MY RIGHT HIP. BECAUSE I PASS STONES THE SECOND MORNING AS WELL WITH ANY HELP FORM ME.
