About a week ago I did my first cleanse (Hulda Clark) and had so visable results, at least nothing that I could identify. I was very sick for several days though. I am currently on my second cleanse using apple juice and taking the LJ/OO every morning and night. Tomorrow will be the 7th day so will do a salt water cleanse in the morning and the large dose of LJ/OO at bedtime as directed. I hope to see some results. This time I have felt pretty good, a little nausea and some gallbladder pain but nothing like the first time. Has anyone else used this method? If so how did it work for you? How many times will I need to do this?
