It really doesn't matter how many capsules you take. I have taken four, eight or none when doing a flush. My first flush, I did not take them and did not sleep a wink that night. I don't know if I didn't sleep because I was so pumped about doing the flush or because I had toxins being released. The next few flushes, I took the orthinine and slept and then toward the end of my flushes, I did not take it and slept just fine......So, you decide what you want to do and I'm sure it will be fine!
