Hello,

I will be doing my first (yikes) Liver Flush within the next week and I had a question.

I purchased some L'Ornithine capsules here in the US (as I think they are tricky to get in Canada) but the only ones they had were by TwinLab and were in 500mg. They are 100 percent L'ornithine.

I did a search for the amount I am supposed to take and I saw that Dr. Clark said "Take 4 ornithine capsules with the first sips to make sure you will sleep through the night. Take 8 if you already suffer from insomnia."

Does anyone know the actual dosage? For future reference, is there a particular brand that is especially good?
