I feel amazing, more amazing than after Flush #1. A whole sense of calmness mentally and physically. It's a very enlightening experience.

I was a bit concerned about feeling worse before feeling better as I did with flush #1, that was due to not "lubing the tube". I was painfully raw by BM#9 and I had a total of 18 BM with flush #1.

This time I only had 11 BM. It seemes that the eliminating/flushing not only with the liver flush, but others as well is becoming easier, smooth and better results. For example, my ES baths/skin brushing. Before I need about 3 scrubbings before the water turned murky. Now it takes only 2 scrubbings in the ES bath and I need to get out and I feel better. I guess it's kinda like the Liver Flush ideology, once you clear out the initial path, the toxins/stones/stuff behind is easier to eliminate.

It's very interesting, people who are not around me regularly or know that I've been detoxing and cleansing (since early Jan of this year) have been asking me if I started goign to a spa on weekly basis and all say that I look amazing (not that I looked all that bad before LOL, I think LOL).

Those that know what I have been doing, are very curious and are interested. So far 7 of my friends and family have tried out the Master-Cleanse since I've done it, lasting from 3-10 days (I did 12 days on MC). They are all so much more aware of how much they were eating before and are now eating better. It was not my intention to lose weight with detoxing/cleansing but I've lost 18 lbs so far, so that was a huge benefit (15-20 lbs more to go)
