has anyone else read or heard that if your liver is congest or is not metabolise you should not take any essential fatty acids. like fish oil, cod liver oil or flax seed oil. i only read it once. i have not been taking any of these oils. because of this remark. i have lost 5 pounds and about 10% body fat in the last 7 weeks. i hav e done a liver cleanse every week. i going to skip this week to give my body a break.
