Hi Tracey,
I am trying the New West Diet. I'm not sure which wholegrains to try. I have been eating oatmeal daily. Lots of fruits and vegetables. I am doing the P&B drinks daily also. I have been drinking distilled water daily.
I also have been getting outside lately,since it's been warming up now.
Do you recommend taking enzyme supplements?
