I mixed mine with grapefruit juice and didn't have a problem getting it down.

I did the cleanse using the olive oil followed by lemon juice (at 15 minute intervals). That was horrid. I could not finish the whole thing. The next time I will do Dr. Clark's cleanse mixing the olive oil with grapefruit juice.
