Right for large majority of people, not for all. 1 out of 1000 may still need surgery!
> is it safe to do a flush without breaking the stones before?
Yes, it is safe for over 99% of people with diagnosed gallstones, not for all.

Read FAQ.
I have heard many stories, first hand, but not a single one where someone actually needed emergency surgery because of stone stuck.
Even if I get that story, that will be one out of 5000 people, because I read at least 5000 stories. Considering that one out of 5000 people dies in a car accident, you may as well ask her if she will ever agin enter a car.
Few people did opt for surgery after several flushes, but it was not an emergency procedure.
She has nothing to to loose and a lot to gain.
If she chooses surgery immediately, she is a looser from the start, her surgeon is a winner from the start. She also has a chance to regret not trying alternatives.
If she happens to be one out of 1000 people for who flush can't help, she at least cannot regret for not trying flush first, but she will still be a looser, and her surgeon will be a winner.
If she happen to be one of those 999 people, one of those who actually avoided surgery thanks to flush, then she is a winner, and her surgeon is a looser.
So, if she chooses surgery, she is a looser anyway.
If she chooses flush, her chances to be a winner are great.
You can give her this message to read, and if she has any sense of logic, she will know what she should do.
