I did the Mc last summer and only did one SWF, and had great results. Personally, I would never do another SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) or take any laxatives. If you try it again, try it without the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) or laxatives.I just finished the 2nd day of my second Master-Cleanse fast and am not going to use laxatives this time either!
